I’ve created this illustration to differentiate the insert from the report while keeping it simple enough to stand out without overwhelming, the concept focuses on visual representation to guide readers to the context of the information. The client returned with an updated topic/theme for the year, they would also like the cover images to be veterans focused and current with the pandemic situation. One method that has been steadily growing in popularity is e-learning, virtual learning has proven to stimulate and develop a competent workforce while reducing fiscal burden. Over the years, staff responded overwhelmingly positive to the benefits of e-learning for building telehealth skills. Regional and cultural diversity of the system present challenges to education, in both delivery and content. How do we ensure the deliverable is functional and effective for everyone? How do we create a pleasant learning user experience to foster an engaging self-learning environment?&nbsp; For each course, I created the concept and built out a full template design to be used through the modules.&nbsp;I’ve used evidence-based learning design processes to define and design individual learning items,&nbsp;developing creative solutions that will help engage training It's a time when families gather together to give thanks to their ancestors for an abundant autumn harvest. Sometimes called the Korean Thanksgiving, Chuseok is celebrated with good food, wine, and family gatherings. Through research, I’ve created the concept and design for this Chuseok-themed campaign; applying relatable quintessential visuals that best represent the festive. I worked closely with a team of Urban Development Specialist Consultants, in creating the logo and concept for the 7 series of knowledge booklets in a custom box set, that was presented in a high-level event at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank Annual Meetings event that took place in Bali, Indonesia. We consider ways to break apart and simplify heavy information into easy to identify and read booklets, explored the idea of engaging the audience’s participation by incorporating play into the packaging.&nbsp;My role comprised the entire design lifecycle of this project—from brainstorming to design, sourcing for printers to press check. The sets was presented to senior government leaders around the world and was very well received. The U.S Department of Veteran’s Affairs are swift to extend and adapt digital healthcare technologies to serve Veterans. So, how can we help in supporting the Virtual Healthcare Managers? I worked with a Creative Director to produce this resourceful interactive 68-pages flipbook. We considered the overall user’s experience; easy on the eyes, simple to navigate buttons with custom icons and illustrations, that serves as a quick reference for Virtual Care Manager interacting with Veterans. In 2014, Team for Member of Parliament representing the Jurong Spring ward of Jurong GRC, would like a community-based brand to bring people together that represents the new ward to promote a sense of belonging and identity. I worked with 2 Architects in this pro-bono project, to explore both ideas of strong curve lines that derives in the shape of a ‘J’ and ‘S’, and marry it with the curved shape representing the flow of spring, which echo softness and community.
